Job Description
ü Broad experience providing desktop support to end users in person
and server support for the dev team.
ü General knowledge of Windows AD, Networking, Storage, cloud, and
virtualization required.
ü Installing IT hardware and software
ü Able to communicate technical information clearly and precisely to
users and management with varying technical knowledge levels
ü Must have analytical problem-solving skills as well as excellent
customer support and communications skills.
ü Good organizational skills and teamwork / Cooperate with global IT
service line.
ü Conducting Vulnerability assessments, remediation and Asset
management

ü Networking - Cisco (Preferred)
ü Database Platforms - MS SQL, MySQL (Preferred)
ü Scripting - PowerShell, JavaScript, API Integrations (Preferred)
Required Skills/Personal Requirements
ü Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or similar
field
ü Minimum of 4 years of experience in a PC, Server and local area
network support environment (PCs, Servers, laptops, printers, and peripheral
hardware devices) with a demonstrated background in Systems Engineering,
Administration including design, transition, and operations/support of IT
services.
